Refund Policy

No refunds will be granted except in the event of administrative error or event cancellation. In the case of administrative errors such as duplicate registrations, requests must be submitted within five (5) business days. All requests must be in writing via email to [email protected]; no telephone cancellations will be accepted. All approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days.
